He lied
Visitor's Question from a unknown year old FemaleMe and my boyfriend have a very good relationship. We fit together well. Yesterday, he got an email and was "trying" to send it to me and had "problems". He was busy at work so I decided to read it in his email, he gave me the password a long time ago and I never felt he found email private until.....When I found the email it was from his ex of 3 years and they have a child together..not a big deal. The big deal is that he lied about who it was from, When I was first told about it I asked who sent it to hime because it was funny. He told me "David". I was not going to lie to him so I told him I knew and he got super mad a would not speak to me for a while and apologized for getting mad and said he hoped I was not too mad. I am hurt, mad, confused.I do not how to talk to him about this.Without starting I fight. I am not angry that he talks to her I am angry he lied and want to know why. Not start a WWIII. Thanks.
RomanceClass.com AdviceIf you ask him, he will probably say he lied to avoid upsetting you.
And, that's probably the truth.
But, there may be something else behind his lie so it would be worthwhile for you to gently and non-confrontationally ask him why he hid the truth from you.
A good talk will probably clear the air without WW3.
Good luck! George
