Breaking the ice: An unusual problem

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
I realy love this girl and would like to know her properly. Not only am I a little shy to approach her in public, I also don't get many chances to see her, I do plan things a little but I'm relying slightly on my friend to do something that would open up a gate and I know I shouldn't. I don't know where she hangs round because almost every time I see her, it's in a different place. I do see her around, but me and my friends are never stationry, and when I'm alone and still, she's never around.
How can I get to know her? (and this is Britain, No lockers!)

If you don't do something you will never meet her so do something.
