So try your best to make the situations EASIER for you to talk in. And then you have to take a deep breath, open your mouth and give it your best shot. It gets easier the more you talk, and you really have to learn this to be able to have a good relationship. So get talking!
One of the most important things you have with a person is your ability to be honest with them, to share how you feel. Yes, it's not easy!! But it is REALLY really important for so many reasons. So this is something you have to actively practice a ton. If you can't tell her this one thing, it sort of means there are all sorts of things you feel and worry about and want that you probably haven't told her about.
