Breaking the Ice at a Gym

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
I have been starting to go to the gym with my best friend and his brother the last couple of days, and there is this girl there that works there and also works out herself at the gym!!! She also goes to my school!!!! She is a sophmore and I am a junior in high school!!! I don't know this girl and I have been noticing her around and am taking an interest in getting to know her!!!!

And that is the problem, I am having and is my question. How should I go up to her and just start a conversation out of the blue and ask for her number or something ya know to get to know outside "just" the gym!!!! I mean what would I say to her, I don't know her at all but we have introduced each other but while my friends were there pushing the subject!!!! How should I go up to her, and what type of things could I talk about to start a conversation. And please nothing to cheesy cuz we are still in high school remember...... LOL

RomanceClass.com Advice
Flirting is a skill that anyone can learn :) It just involves being friendly! I have a lot of tips here -

since you guys are already in a gym, that makes it super easy. You already have built in subjects to talk about, and you will obviously see each other in the gym random times. So don't go pushing her too hard. Just be friendly, be nice, talk about casual things. The more she gets to know you as a "regular friendly guy" at the gym, the more you will talk an the closer you will grow.
