What are his intentions
Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old FemaleMy x and I were together for 27 months. He said he was going to work one day,but didn't go to work.He went to another state. He called a couple days later and wanted to come home.He was home for 8 days and then left again. He called the same night asking me not to be mad at him.He has been gone for almost 3 months now.We have two kids together. One is 17 months and the other is 4 months old.He has called almost every night sincce he has been gone.He says he will return in September or before when he pays everyone he owes money to back.He says he doesn't want to be with me right now and doesn't want to think about it while he is there. He called Sunday and wished me a happy mothers day.He said he wants to love with me and split the bills and he will sleep in the boys'bedroom. What do you think his intentions are?He says he is not interested in any other girls and that he loves me sometimes and does still care.He left because I had anger issues which I agree with.I am currently in Anger managemnet and sent him copies of the paperwork showing him I am getting help. So,do you think we will work things out or could he just be in it for other reasons? The way I am reading the signs is that maybe he does want to work things out.He says we will disscuss it when he gets here, but do whatever I want now,but he has become very jealous when I go with other men.He is with his brothers right now too, which could be influencing him to say things that are not what is in his heart.I appreciate a answer.Thank you......
RomanceClass.com AdviceContinue to give him as much good news as you can when he calls.
And definitely don't get angry with him if you want him back. Anger has a place in a long term relationship, but right now isn't the time for it.
His intentions are hard to read but seem generally good.
It's too bad you can't get him to come back before Sept. Talk with him and see if there is any flexibility in those plans.
Good luck! George
