does The Guy I Met online really like me

I met a guy who was bowling on pogo.com and he bet me a kiss and he won I lost. Then he wanted my email so he can Instant message me. He Instant Messaged me and he kept asking me out. He mentioned during the game that his girlfriend broke up with him the next time we talked he told me that she was Pregnant and he was not happy with her because she was cheating on him. Then we talked on wednesday and friday and saturday, never talked on tuesday and yesterday. Yesterday was the anniversary when we met. he told me that he loved me and wanted to make out with me. Do you think he likes me or not because I have tried Instant Message to get him to instant message me. He is always busy with his friends and stuff but if I could What should I do.
