Should I get an Ex of mine to get to Apoligize to me when he is in a difficult situation

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I want to know if I should let my ex of 15 yrs apoligize while he is on heavy drugs which i found out from a close female friend. I don't know if I should let him Apoligize or not nothing will make me happier to hear an apoligy from him for him lying to me and calling me a name and walking away from me and not say goodbye.
