RomanceClass.com AdviceVery often we can't give up a lover because the manner of breaking up was unclear.
If this is true for you, that you don't fully understand why she broke up with you, then have a talk with her and try to find out. It's not an easy thing to do but would be helpful.
Another thing to try is to fight against those feelings for her. Whenever you think of her, tell the thoughts to go away and not bother you. Tell them that you are through with her. After about 100 times of doing this the thoughts will give up and leave you alone.
And, of course, keep yourself busy so you don't think of her. Working out... even if it is doing pushups can help. Running can help too. Keep seeing other girls, one of them may click with you. If you are up to it, talk this over with your friends, girlfriends, or parents. Don't keep it bottled up.
Good luck! George
