he confuses me

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
Me and my boyfriend broke up about 6 months ago. He has a new girlfriend which he says he likes alot. But I believe he still has feelings for me because when I see him he makes it a point to always talk to me even when i ignore him. when he's working in the store he has to follow me around there and watches everything I do. He told me when we broke up if it is meant to be we will get back together.
He also said that I desereve better than him. Is it possible he is scared to be in love or does he not think he's good enough for me?

You should take him at his word.

He may follow you around and pay attention to you just out of friendship. Or maybe he has a secondary crush on you.
