Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
Is it legal for two 15 year olds to engage in intercourse? I know that the age of consent is 18. Does this mean that minors are unable to consent to sex, making it statitory rape by definition? Thank you.

Unfortunately the laws are different for all the different states and I am not a lawyer anyhow.

If you have a local office of Planned Parenthood (look in the phone book) they *might* be able to help you.
