Dazed and confused

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
I'm very confused about my best guy friend. We have been very close friends for a little over two years. We hang out in groups a lot but usually break off into our own little group. All my friedns think he likes me. I know I have feelings for him but fear being rejected. Again. yes again. I've confessed my feelings for him before and he never gave me an "i like you, I don't like you" answer. His way of solving it was ignoring my for about a week, so I figured he didn't feel the same and things went back to normal between us, but I can't hide these feelings anymore, I know i have feelings for him and I have no idea if he returns them. We will be hanging out, and we will be getting very close to eachother talking and such, and its like he realizes what he is doing and will close him self off. I realize both of us are still and high school, but something deep inside me is telling me this isn't just a silly high school crush, and I know i won't be able to get over him until I know how he truly feels. What should I do?

RomanceClass.com Advice
One thing you can do is to tell him you care for him again.

Tell him you are "developing feelings" for him and ask him how he feels about you. You deserve an answer one way or the other.

You are plenty old enough to have feelings that deserve respect. Try to let him know how you feel.

It may be as simple as asking him out to a movie. Give it a try.

Good luck! George
