Is she interested in me?

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I am a teenage aged 17 and know a girl who is of same age as me. We've had some formal chat between us but nothing like I would have wanted. I am a bit confused about her behaviour. Sometimes she will talk to me as if I am the one she loves and at other times she will completely ignore me. Please tell me if she likes me and what I need to do in order to win her love?

It isn't possible to know yet whether she likes you or not. She certainly likes you some since she talks so nicely at times with you.
