Getting Over a Guy

All my friends want me to get over a guy that i like. i don't know if i want to get over him though. what should i do because i don't think he likes me, well he doesn't even talk to me over the internet. what should i do?

One of the most important things you can do in life is learn to trust yourself. I'm not saying you should IGNORE your friends!! Certainly listen to them, and ask them why they feel the way they do. Think seriously about what their point is. But then weigh that against your own feelings and hopes and fears. In the end, it is YOU that has to live with the consequences, so it is YOU that has to make that sort of decision. Maybe your friends think the relationship is too challenging and you should look for something easier. But as we know, sometimes the things that you have to work for end up being the best.

Lots of people aren't big interent fans. Maybe he just doesn't think talking on the net is a good thing! Find ways to talk to him in person, and build up that friendship. Don't worry about him dating you. Just get to be friends with him. The rest will come naturally.
