I have recently found out that this girl likes me. i kinda like her and want to become bf and gf. how do i find out if she wants to do the same? we're both 13

First tell her all the things you like about her, like how pretty she is, the way she wears her hair, how she dresses, and how she smiles. Then ask her if she wants to be your girlfriend.
