Wait- does my BFF's brother FLIRT with me? I'm 13.

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
Okay, I've liked my bff's older brother for a bit, he's three yrs, 2 grades older. Thing is, He's always a gentleman, opening doors etc. for me. Also, when I'm over and one of his friends isn't, he spends time with me, teases me playfully and acts like I EXIST. Also, when I sleepover and his friends don't, he makes sure not to go anywhere, say the movies or arcade. He plays me in DDR, draws me as 'HW'. Also, he always moves closer to me when we watch TV. When we were ate a Dim Sum place today, he wanted to sit next to me. He poured me tea, served me and almost gave me a hug when it was time to go. Also, when we were listening to my CD, He sorta serenaded me... when it went "so kiss me goodbye" he looked straight into my eyes and extended arms into my direction. While he's normally rude to my friend's friends, he is very kind to me. So... does he like me?

One thing to worry about is the age difference. He can get in trouble with the law if you two get too intimate.
