i like this girl and she likes me but she doesn't know i like her. i looked up her phone number and when i called her, i pretended i didn't know it was number. will she start having suspicions about me?

But that is a good thing because now she will think you like her and might encourage her to become closer to you.

Meanwhile why don't you tell her you like her and ask her out.
