Rampant Jealousy
Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old FemaleMy husband and I run a business from our home. We have had to hire men and women who work from our home, too. We hired a woman who is now working very closely with my husband in much the same capacity that I have in the past. My jealousy and anger reared its ugly green head when she stopped interacting with me and would speak personally with my husband, wore see-through clothing, clothes which revealed her bare skin, and low cut jeans which showed her underwear when she sat down. My husband and she joke and send text messages and emails back and forth all day while she is at her other job and he is here. He has left our home to have conversations with her because he knows how I feel. He has always been faithful and always received all of my trust. Now I doubt him and distrust him. I now avoid her all together in the office during the week. I actually leave my house to avoid her. How do I deal with my jealousy and anger? How do I deal with the fact that my husband has now made a business decision and will hire her full time, knowing how strongly I feel?
