dont know what it is

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
i dont no if this is a question for ure site or not but im going to ask anyways. i noticed a couple of days ago that i have these little white crocodile pattered "bumbs" down there. they are on the edge of my outside "lips" and are very numerous. i didont no if this was something to be concerned about or if its just dry skin or something but i will apprecitate any advice that you could give me on my problem. thanks.
