Older Guy -- does he like me?

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
I am 15, and I like a guy who is 5 1/2 years older than me. (Sounds crazy, but I'm really mature for my age, too.) I saw him almost everyday for 2 weeks (I was set up for work experience at his job), so it's not like he doesn't know me.

During those 2 weeks, he touched me a lot--like when he wanted to be excused, instead of saying "Excuse me", he would place his hand on the small of my back and gently guide me away. I also caught him looking at me from across the room a lot, it was weird.
He also out of the blue asked me if I had a lunch once. then he asked me if I wanted to come get lunch with him.

He seemed to "show off" in front of me alot, too, like he would show off his guitar skills and play bunch of songs.

Anddd...when I came back to buy something, he gave me 25% off of the item, even though it wasn't supposed to be, and lied on the receipt why he did it (so that he could get away with the discount-giving) he typed in "torn cover", even though the book was not infact torn at all.

My 2 weeks of work experience ended, and so after gathering my courage I sent him an email, asking him if he would like to do something sometime. He responded with a positive answer, but it was kind of friendly and casual.
he said that he was going to be busy with work and family christmas stuff, but that we should "definitely get together and jam, hangout or somethin!"

I want to know your opinion on this whole situation, and if he likes me more than a friend, and if he doesn't, then what I could do to make him realize that I want more than a friendship. (keeping in mind I'm really shy!)

Seems like he is attracted to you.

And, you are attracted to him. So you two will probably get together somehow.

What worries me is the age difference. You are not yet 16 which means that if you go too far with him sexually he can be in trouble with the law.
