Do I have a possibility with this girl

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
my name is george, about 2 years ago I came back from mexico(I lived there for 2 years). While I was there i met a lot of people and made many friends. well i had a friend who is really cute but i have always seen her as a friend maybe because i had a gf. before this winter break we talked online and agreed on having a few drinks together but also agreed on messing around. She told me she liked me and i said the same. when i got there on december i heard she had a new boyfriend. i remembered her about our little deal. we made out for a little while then she stopped and said she had a bf and she couldnt do this because they had barely started going out and it was hard to get into that relationship and that if she kissed me she would do it thinking aout him. afterwards in new year's eve i took her home and i was leaving the next day so it was a goodbye she was gonna hugg me but i stepped back and stared at her n i guess she realized that i wanted a kiss, so i told her what i thought about her and then she kissed me. I dont kno wat to do, i mean we need to talk but until then i dont kno wat to do. i think she is in love with the guy but then why did she kiss me? maybe she didnt want me to feel bad. do you think i have a chance in getting ths girl? i appreciate your time, and hope to get an answer soon. in case she loves this guy, what can i do to get her,because i dont want to let it go

However, there is a boyfriend in the picture and that is her first priority.

A good thing to do would be to try to become her best friend and gain her feelings that way.
