sticking with it

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
I am 17,a senior, and have never had sex before. Well I have this friend that claims that she is still a virgin, (even after having sex with two guys), because she has never bleed with either of them. I told her that she was wrong and that sex is still sex but, she just won't give it up. Am I right?

The blood comes from the broken hymen at first intercourse.

However, many young women have already broken their hymens by horseback or bicycle riding, or other sports. So the absence of blood has nothing to do with virginity.
