My gf ex
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old MaleOk well me and her have been dating for awhile now and its great dont get me wrong, But her current bf he left for Iraq and so they broke up well she has went out with a few guys since that and me right now. Well they were going to get married but then all this stuff happend so they broke up. I asked her the other day if she still gets letters form him and she said yes well thats fine i guess. Again i asked her to be honest about what i was about to ask her, I asked her if she still loved him and she said "well of course i always will, hes like part of the family" well that put me down hard. Cause well she doesnt love me but she says shes falling in love with me just give her some time. I said thats fine cause it does take time esp with what her ex did, she says he hurt her in some way but she wont tell me but anyway now he has been gone for awhile and now the time comes for him to come home in a month and im worried that she is just going to drop me and go back with him i sometime feel like im being played and i dont want that. Shes says shes happy with me but she doesnt love me and im afraid shes going to leave me for him. Whats your advice in handling this situation?
RomanceClass.com AdviceBe the best boyfriend you can be.
She said she is falling in love with you so believe her and enjoy it. Don't worry about the future just live in the present and treat her well.
Get closer to her by sharing info, feelings, and affection (hugs, compliments, etc.) This will foster respect, trust, and honesty which are the basis of all good relationships.
Good luck! George
