very confused

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
ok,theres this guy ,he acts differently around me.He touchs me (playfully).He allways gets close when we are standing beside eachother.some of his friends say that he likes me.but the thing is ,he a type of guy that if he likes some1 he would ask her out. but if he does like me im afraid that he wouldnt ask me out cuz im kinda those hard to get girls .if you know wot i mean .
