why cant things just be normal again

so far i am not doing good she is TRYING TO MAKE ME JEALOUS but it's not working. but now i have been thinking that i should say that i want her to be happy but going out with somebody AFTER YOU TELL THEM YOU LOVE THEM i just dont get that and now everyday i see her i feel like i am going to cry so i do it at home. so should i try to heal or leave her alone.
p.s she wrote me a note saying if i have something to saying i shouldnt be shy about it and she wants me me to stop acting mean? hah I LOVE HER SHE CANT ACCEPT THAT I DO and now she gets a bf. and when i ask her for her cp number she says i just cant give it to you.
