Confusing

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
I've been on three or four dates with this girl. We are both in college and it is summer right now so we are sort of far apart. We had a great time during our dates but I always have to be the one to call her. She told me she was bored sometimes when I call and I suggest that she could call me whenever she got bored or just wanted to say hi but she refuses to be the one to call. why does she not want to be the one to call yet she is always willing to talk and answers after the first or second ring every time I call?
