How do I approach the girls?

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
I have this girl that's named Allison and I kinda have a crush on her since 6th grade and I never had the gutz to go up and talk to her, I might of talked to her 3 times in my life but for like 4 seconds. I'm not sure if she likes me or not or if she's shy, but she looks at me once in a while. I now I have to make a move to talk to her. I just want to be friends or more depending on how far I get. I'm kinda shy since she has other girlfriends by her.I always have dreams about her. So how do I talk to her? Will she think i'm wierd or not cool in some way? plz help meeeee!!!!!

The easiest thing to do is to start greeting her in the halls.

Whenever you pass her look her straight in the eyes, smile and say Hi plus her name and then smile again. Keep doing this until you two feel comfortable with each other and you can then ask her how she is doing and whatever.

Everything starts with little steps and this is an easy one for you to do.
