Ready to move on?
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old FemaleWell. I didn’t ask him out, because I haven’t seen him in a while.
He’s already left school. The seniors last day was like three days ago.
But, I left him a message on My Space wishing him Good luck with graduation and college because I might not see him again.
And it’s been two days and he hasn’t replied (saying thank you or something). And I know he’s seen it because he was on…So what I’m going to do is move on. Because the least he could have done was show some appreciation or something. I mean, it’s not like my brother can see the message…you know!?
So like I said, I’m going to try to move on.
But I don’t exactly know how to.
I’m sort of stubborn when it comes to guys.
Actually, I’m very pathetic when it comes to guys.
Well…there’s this other guy who likes me and I’m scared to like him because I’m afraid he might break my heart. And I know I’m not ready to commit to someone because I’ve never really been in love before and I don’t know exactly how to treat him if we were to go out.
But anyways…I need advice on how to move on from Shawn and just find myself some other guy that is NOT friends with my brother.
All those guys I’ve mentioned are good friends of my brother.
So…any suggestions???
RomanceClass.com AdviceForget the senior who is off to college and who didn't answer your contact.
Concentrate on this other guy and see what develops.
Talk with your brother and tell him that he is an impediment to your happiness because you can't develop friendships with his friends. Ask him if it is ok for you to see his friends or particularly this new friend.
Don't worry about broken hearts... they will happen and that's just life. Learn from your experiences and you will end up a happy person.
Good luck! George
