Am I Cheating with his best friend

I am 24 and my husband is 35, so there is quite a bit of difference in ages. Everything was fine in the beginning before we got married. And then everything changed immediately after the cermony (it seems as though anyways). It has gotten worse between us. We hardly ever talk and we basically don't have a sex life. There has been serveral times that I have threatened to leave but never have.
Anyways, I have realized that a really good friend has feelings for me. Not just feelings but he has told me that he is in love with me. I have always had some sort of spark with him but have just ignored it. Now I don't know what to do.
I'm certainly not happy with my marriage. I have tried so many times to work it out with my husband but it hasn't worked. We aren't stable enough in fianices to be going to a therapist. Please help. Because these feelings for this friend is getting so overwhelming. I just don't know what to do.

Are you sure this friend and you are really compatible?

Certainly you don't want to jump our of the frying pan into the fire.

Perhaps you could talk with your husband and tell him your feelings. He may be willing to let you have a relationship with this friend. However he reacts will be an improvement over the present situation.

Ideally you would see a therapist. Try to find someone or some service which will help low income couples.
