What should I do?

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
Well i have been friends with this guy for about 6 years. He has had plenty of GF, but his recent GF n him broke up. I know he lyks me n he knows i lyk him. He recently told me he was done with his (gf) for good. n homecoming is coming up in lyk a month n he told me that him n one of his guy friends were goin together since they were both single. i want to go with him but idk how to ask. Also i keep wondering why he doesnt ask me out if he lyks me so much. i mean he tells me he loves me... we hang out a lot now. so i just dont know what to do... thank you for ur time.

"Hey, I have an idea... why don't we go to Homecoming together?"

Then it's out there on the table and you can get your answer.
