Let her tell me?

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
How can I get a girl to take the first step if I never do? We've slept in a bed together over a hundred times over 8 years. Never kissed, but shes always been dating someone else or I have been, when we have slept in the same bed. We've both been in several year relationships but still go on dates (movies, talk about intimate things) Is she waiting on me to-or am I just a good friend?
