help cant get her off my mind

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
been messing around with my ex on and off for the pas month and a half and I havent talked to her in like 2 weeks and the whole time I cant get her off my mind I think about all the time. I think she is kinda playing with me thats why I havent called her. What can I do to get her off my mind I try to stay busy but its the times when I am not busy that I cant stop thinking about her and even sometimes when I am keeping myself busy.

I told you two days ago to give her your telephone number and try to make a go of it. Guess you decided to live without her. That's cool.

Now you want to forget her. As you already said, the first thing to do is to keep busy. Find another woman! Take a trip, even if it's a short one. You can get excellent rates on cruises this month and in Oct.

Go to the movies, bowling, picnicking, concerts, plays, and do this all with friends.

Realize that you will have thoughts of her for a while but eventually the thoughts will dwindle and you can move on.
