confused

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
there is this girl I like and I just recently asked her out, but she said no....now the fair is in town and we got on the subject of the fair so I asked if she was going and she said I am going to go I just dont no who with, my friend tells me that that means she wants me to ask her to the fair(this friend is a girl),what should i do?
