Men with no heart
Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old FemaleOk, girl meets boy. Boy and Girl go out and have a good time. Boy says how much of a good time he has. Boy and Girl make plans for another date. 2nd date goes good as far as girl knows, says to guy, "had a good time" guy says I had a good time too, look forward to going out again and says will call girl to make later plans. Later plans are made and then broken b/c guy has to work late. Guy sounds very genuine and sorry over having to cancel plans and tellS girl he will call her later to make plans for weekend. Girl never hearS from boy again. Girl sits around knowing that he's not calling b/c obviously he doesn't want to go out again. Girl is confused b/c guy seemed so interested in her. What happened? She knows she should move on and date someone else. But she can't. Instead she's constantly thinking...what happened? I thought he was into me. He seemed really into me. Why did he just disappear. She waits a week and then emails guy. Of course she doesn't get a response. Then two days later she goes on his online account and sees under "Who I'd like to meet- I've already met them...you know who you are" WHAT??? In a matter of a week hes met someone else and fell so madly in love with them that you are yesterdays news never to be seen or spoken to again? I don't understand this and I don't understand how guys are able to just drop a girl like that without ever saying anything to her again. So my question is how can guys just walk away like that and not even give a crap? If i did that to someone i'd feel like a guilty terd especially if the person was trying to contact me. Why can they just at least write an email response or something and say hey i just didn't think it would work between us i wish you the best. I know its stupid but that would make me feel better than just to never see or here from him again while he skips off into la la land. AND ITS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
RomanceClass.com AdviceYes, it is extremely rude.
And women do it to men too.
Some people can't face up to being honest and breaking off in a respectful way. They are probably afraid of being yelled at or pleaded to.
File him under "JERK" and forget him.
Good Luck! George
