My friends little sister

I have been going to my friends house recently and today i found out he has a sister thats one year younger than me. How can i become more than friends with her?

First tell your friend that you sort of like his sister and is that ok with him. If your friend is against it, it is going nowhere.

Then build a good friendship with her and hang out with her. Eventually you can tell her that you have feelings for her and you want to go out.
