Too much jealousy
Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old MaleI just flat out have to much jealousy.I have looked for help and answers but none of it seems to help.My problem is that i have a girlfriend and every time she talks to another guy i get really jealous.i cant control my jealousy and every time i try to clear it out of my head it just seems to get worse.My girlfriend used to be obsessed with her ex-boyfriend, and im worried that she still does.he goes to a different school but they talk to each other online.i just want something to help me stop being jealous because its ruining me.every time i think about it i get really sad.do you have any suggestions that might help?if you do please help.
