don't know what to do...

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
my ex and i dated for a while and then broke up because we were spending too much time together. we stopped talking for like a week and then started to see each other again like 2-3 times a week. this continued for about 9 months. he told me he was in love with me one night. then about 2 months after that out of nowhere he has a g/f. he told me he didn't plan on dating her it was unexpected and that he still wanted us to be friends. of course i got mad and stopped talking to him. i think they dated for maybe 2 or 3 months and then i find out that she broke up with him. another 3 weeks went by and i got a email from him saying that he thought we were going to be friends and wanted to hang out again. i gave him my # and now hes been texting me an awful lot. at one point he told me he missed me. i guess my question is....is he just looking for a rebound now? or does he maybe realize that he made a mistake and wants me back? someone please help me decide what to do....i really think i love him and i wanna be with him but i just dont know. what do you think?

RomanceClass.com Advice
It doesn't seem like a rebound. He said he loved you before and probably the feeling returned once he broke up with her.

If you want to be with him, go ahead and give it a try. It has good chances of working out. Make sure he understands that you won't put up with cheating any more.

Good luck! George
