My ex is keeping me from moving on

Well,some time ago I broke up with my ex.Not bc I stopped liking him but bc I realized that this relationship didn't do us any good.Now my ex keeps trying to get us together again.The problem is that since I haven't got over him he makes it even harder for me by chasing me around.I know he doesn't mean those things he keeps saying but still I can't let it go if he doesn't...What can I do?

Make up your mind whether it is really over or not.

That's what you need to do. It sounds like you have made your decision but are having trouble sticking with it.

Just say to yourself "it's over" or "maybe another chance." Then go with that decision.
