how to overcome shyness

I'm a 14 year old guy and in love with my classmate iknow that she loves me but i cant flirt her because of my shyness. what should i do?

Everyone is shy at first. Take things slowly. Whenever you see her look her in the eye, smile, say clearly "Hi" and wait for her to say "hi" back. After doing this several times you can ask her how she is doing and take it from there. Here is a web page about flirting:
