My marriage is in danger

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
well... my "future mariage" any way. Look I'm desperate and i honestly don't know what to do. I've read all sorts of tips but they all contradict each other!AGH!!!

let's start from the begining, I'm a 19 year old woman who WAS dating a 23 year old man. I gave him everything. From daily homemade lunches to my virginity (which was almost impossible considering my religious background -we weren't married, but i didn't think it mattered because i loved him so much that i thought we would get married any way.) He even PROMISED that he would marry me. He's got a good thing goin' for him right now, good job-great money-going into the navy-goin through medical school-becoming a doctor.

He's a real catch ^-^
I think he's the most amazing person that I will ever meet on the face of this planet. But it saddens me to say that I don't have the privilege of calling him "mine" anymore. ='(

The waters started getting really rough as of late even though we had been together for 1year&4months it just fell apart like that *snaps fingers* He said that I have "too much baggage" and that he wants to be friends. I honestly don't know what to do. Please help me.

RomanceClass.com Advice
He may be going through a stage called "cold feet."

So be his friend and hope for the best.

Try to draw him out on his feelings about all the hard work to become a doctor and the time he will spend away from home in the Navy. These things may be preying on his mind and talking them out could help.

Good luck! George
