' Close Friends' or more...

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
I've known him for 2 1/2 years. He describes us (and I agree) as 'close friends'. People have been suggesting that we go out since Yr. 7 (2 years ago)due to similar interests, etc. And 3 1/2 months ago I decided I agreed with them.

I asked him out 6 weeks ago. He said he probably would go out with me, but he's not ready for that yet. He's still being nice to me, we talk heaps... but I still want to go out with him.

What do I do?!?

Ask him again. He was probably too shy to say "yes" the first time.

Find out if anything worries him about going out. That could get the conversation going.
