ex back..

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
i broke up with my ex..we were together for almost 10 months..we had a long distance summer..and we loved each other..we couldnt leave each other..we had so much in common..and i think we still love each other..but his friends are influencing him..even after we broke up he said we should not talk..we kept talking..and he kept saying he loved me and how he wanted to be with me( a week after we broke up)..but he can't..and after we broke up we realised how much we needed each other but i cant get to try and talk him back..i dont understand..what should i do ... i tried my best..its obvious he wants to be with me, but other things are influencing him, he rushes into decisions..do i wait?do i hold on?what do i do? i really think were meant to be..how do i approach him?

Try to discuss the situation with him frankly. He appears to be swayed by what others say, so you should put in your two cents too. Keep the conversation going and eventually he may listen to you instead of them. Approach him as if you were going out without mentioning it... he may fall into line.
