Why am I like this?
Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old FemaleMe and my boyfriend have been dating for 4 months. About 3 months into the relationship, he cheated on me. He continued to date her for 2 weeks then told me he realized he messed up and wanted a chance with me. I gave him that chance.
Now, I find myself jealous of every girl that talk to him. I don't trust him and I feel like it's killing our relationship. He has a job that he gets hit on alot, and I get so jealous. He tells me I have nothing to worry about but I dwell on all the girls that try to go out with him.
Last night we almost broke up. I need help! I don't know how to move on.
RomanceClass.com AdviceAsk yourself whether you want to spend your life with him forever worrying over other women hitting on him.
You have to get over this somehow. See a counsellor if you have to. The counsellor may say that you will have to give this relationship some time to prove itself. After all, he cheated on you only three months into the relationship.
Meanwhile, try to cancel out the bad feelings you have. They are hurting your relationship.
Good luck! George
