feeling jealous need advice to overcome.

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
me and my boyfiend been together for 3 yrs now and we have a 1 yr. old daughter he is very nice but when we go out to the stores and i see him looking at another girls i get jealous and angry because he stares at them or if other girls look at him just a little i get mad and jealous . please help? need advice on how to stop feeling like that, thank u.

First realize that most people check out the opposite sex. Maybe you don't because you are so sensitive to what he is doing. Why not give it a try?

I've been in your shoes, and usually the other person doesn't even know they are doing it or call it "people watching." You could punch him in the arm whenever he does it but that would probably just cause trouble.
