whhhhhhhat is my problem????

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
lets see
im in highschool and have a boyfriend of 2 years(since freshman year)
the problem is my boyfriend from middle school was my first love we didnt even go out fo that long(2 months to be exact)and we broke up for the stupidest reason
i couldnt tell him why i loved him. He told me why he loved me and i couldnt say anything back i went blank. The next day i write an 8 page note explaining my love my friend finds it in my binder and gives it to him he calls we talk and so on. He calls the next day, im in the pool and i see his missed call and i dont call back. havent talked on the phone since then. i know i messed up.
point is i have a boyfriend which i love very much but i will always love my ex and when we some how find eachother or text eachother to say merry christmas we talk for a really long time and i miss him and how he were he was the best
is this bad? am i retarded for still loving him? i really am confused
please help sorry its long =/

It's always difficult when you love two people at the same time. This is not retarded, it is just a strange part of life. You really need to make up your mind who you love the most or which love is the best. Then put all your feelings into that person.

My advice is to choose your boyfriend since the other one is taking a chance. You could end up with no boyfriends if you aren't careful.
