She likes me ? The bad signs ?

Hello ! I did a question here before and thank you for the answer ! So i like that girl a lot ! And she might be a bit interested in me too . Sometimes when we are going to the next class and she isnt with her girlfriends i try to go close to her but she suddenly looks strange and walk faster like trying to escape from me . In valentines day i e mailed her but she ignored me (she ignored my friend too) . This is bad ? This means that she dosnt like me ? Do i have a chance to really be together with her ?
