Hi

My ex broke up with me few months ago, ever since that day, he did not want to contact me at all,he treated me like a junk, although at the past, he looked like that he loved me a lot (I just realized, he just wanted intimacy and when he got it, he left!)

I know that finding a new bf will solve the problems but now I lost trust in men, I am worried so much that I will be dissapointed again, what should i do to change my mental problem at present?

Instead of worrying about being disappointed, expect it.

Romance is not for the faint of heart. You will be disappointed again probably, but you can't stop dating because of that. Be brave and test the waters again. You may find a prince.
