How do I go about this?

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
There's a girl I really like and we are very good friends. I sometimes escort her to class, and she knows I like her. She says she's not used to people having crushes on her. I feel like I can talk to her about anything. I have already asked her out, but she didn't give me a straight answer. Are there any situations that would make her more likely to say yes, eg. being COMPLETELY alone? Thanks.

Since you have already asked her out in person and she can't make up her mind, try contacting her another way...even a handwritten note.

You are right, too, that asking her privately is better than asking her in public.
