Totally CONFUSED!!!

hi there....i m really very confused on wht to do or wht not 2 do....the guy i love alwayz shows mixed feelings towards me...he'z sometimes over possessive or sometimes ignorant,sometimes cares like hell and the other times stays away.....he sorta happens to be a really close frnd n i came 2 know tht he has a crush on me too but i wanna take this relationship further n m not sure how!
i've read all ur advices and hav myself submitted a question before and hav truthfully followed the advice....we haven't been on our normal closer terms lately n so v vr actually stayin away from each other but thn i started tlking to him n hez talking 2 me again
i jus dont understand wht 2 do now...it's almost lyk i've started my frndship again so m proceeding slowly n step by step but hav no patience...i jus cant stay away frm him either plz help me out! thanx

You are doing the right thing by going step by step. This seems to be one of those relationships that starts and stops and starts up again. Like you said, you have to be patient but that is a very hard thing to do.

You are lucky that you have a friendly relationship with him. Many girls are left out in the cold and have little or no contact with the boy they like. So you have a good foundation for growing your friendship until it turns into something more.

Keep things moving slowly in the right direction and you will be ok.
