I really like this guy in my Art class, he's been flirting with me a lot, but I don't know if they're mixed signals or not. What is the BEST way to ask out a guy?

First you need to be convinced that you're not getting mixed signals. If you think this guy really likes you then you can just be casual and say something like, 'would you like to get together some time?'. But if you see that he flirts with a lot of other girls, then he's just a player and don't waste your time on him.
