How to tell him?

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
I'm 15 years old, and recently asked a question titled "Boys are strangers to me". In it, I asked how to let the guy I'm crushing know what I'm expecting, what I want out of our friendship.

I have been flirting a bit more with the guy, and I feel I have been getting some signals back. I have now reached a point where I have to tell him how I feel.
So that is basically my question. how do I tell him? Please don't tell me to subtly hint to something, and please give me some sentences to choose from, because I am in deepp water :)
